Radiant Wellness - A Review

I find the older I get the more run down I feel - I know I'm not alone in this boat.  However, it doesn't have to be this way!

I just finished reading, Radiant Wellness - A holistic guide for optimal body, mind & spirit by Mark Pitstick, M.A.,D.C.

Unlike other "health" books, Radiant Wellness covers every aspect of health - body, mind & spirit - after all what's the sense in fixing one if other areas are still being neglected?

Pitstick gives practical, easy to follow and understandable guidelines for your whole being.  He has also broken it all down into Keys, using the letters of the word "Radiant" as the basis for each chapter.  At the end of each is a recap of the key points each letter represents, plus Action Steps for Renewing Your Life, where Pitstick asks the specific questions of changes you plan to make in the next 30, 60 and 90 days.  I loved this part as it allows you to really think and document what your plans for Radiant health will be.

In addition, Pitstick also lists additional reading sources if you want to gain extra information on any of his subjects - Excellent and thorough!

Radiant Wellness is also available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble
