Three Good Things - A Review

Health and Wellness continues with my review and a sneak peek trailer of Erika Oliver's book - Three Good Things Happiness Everyday, No Matter What!

Are you tired of always feeling down, that happiness is fleeting at best? Then you've got to get a hold of this book.

Three Good Things is designed to help us focus on the good instead of the negatives. This book is laid out in easy-to-read chapters with a question at the end of each "lesson" to help us regain our positive focus - If you take what you learn and make a habit of practicing it each and every day, you will notice a significant change in how you deal with people, your problems and the days a head.

You can achieve a happier, healthier you!

Erika Oliver is an expert in Positive Communication, an author, and creator of the “Communication Miracles Model”, a non-linear, positive approach to effective communication. As a “recovering pessimist” her mission to help teams and organizations achieve results using a positive approach.
