Amazing Cows by Sandra Boynton is one of the best books I've read all year.  It's udderly hilarious (you knew I had to do one).  This fun book contains all things cow.  It has 2 cow stories, 3 cow poems, some cow jokes, 1 cow myth, 1 cow comic book featuring a superhero cow - Trouble on Zebblor 7, a find the hidden cows game, and cute little "sidekicks" - chicken, duck and pig - also adds to the hilarity.
